Primary Focus & Experience
Stephen is a Maryland native who obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Baltimore in 2020. Stephen enjoys several years of both business and humanitarian immigration experience, specializing in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) litigation, Asylum, family adjustment, and humanitarian parole. Stephen’s keen observation of case nuances and his tenacious commitment to exceptional lawyering make him a fierce advocate for clients in his care.

Community Outreach
When he is not working, Stephen is mentoring Baltimore City youth and maintaining strategic relationships throughout the Baltimore/Washington region.
